Welcome Isaih Monroe as our new Head Kids BJJ Coach

Good day TEAM ROC Parents, as you all have heard by now we welcome Isaih Monroe on board as our new kid’s coach. In order to accommodate his schedule with our sister gym in Southern Pines, starting February 1st our new kids schedule will be: 

• Monday and Friday 4:00-5:00 pm in the GI

• Wednesday 4:00-5:00 pm NOGI. 

We hope everyone is able to readjust with our new schedule. Thank you everyone and once again welcome aboard Isaiah
